The vault

The vault, open for you: who sees what

Talenty works with the most sensitive thing your business has: salaries, files and personal situations. This page is the full matrix of her design — the same standard written into her privacy policy.

You, the owner

Everything. Every file, every salary, every case. You are the only person with the complete view, and every access is logged.

Each employee

Only their own: their days, their payslips, their pay date. Never a coworker's data — no salaries, no balances, no one else's absences.

Another payment service, if you hire one

Only the amount and date of each payment, with a reference that cannot be reversed. No names tied to salaries, no files, no personal situations.

An office manager role, if there is one

Summarized cases when coordination is needed: “there is a kitchen conflict being followed up.” No salaries and no files, ever.

Content and marketing — any use

Nothing. Ever. Your people's data never feeds posts, campaigns or examples, nor any other client's work.

Your accountant or labor counsel

The period package you approve: payroll, updates and files in order. Nothing beyond that, and only when you authorize it.

How one piece of data travels: a payslip

Talenty prepares payroll with full detail — because that detail is her job and it stays in your account. When you approve it, only “pay USD X on day Y” per person leaves Talenty, with an opaque reference. Payment is executed and the receipt filed; the breakdown of each salary never left the vault.

The rules that are not negotiable

Authorization per person and per topic

If someone on your admin team needs to see something, you authorize it — for that person and that topic. There are no blanket “company-wide” accesses.

Every read is logged

Each time a sealed item is opened, the record stays: who, when and what for. Discretion is audited too.

Decisions about people are yours

Hiring, firing, promoting and setting salaries are your decisions. Talenty proposes with grounds; she never executes a decision about a person on her own.

Honesty by design

We do not promise magic: we promise design. Talenty does not promise custody her design does not provide — she promises exactly this, which is verifiable in how she is built.
