The state of your team

A Friday with Talenty

This is what an owner receives every Friday: five lines, thirty seconds. The business is invented — Café Aurora, a 9-person café — but every line is the kind of line Talenty composes from your team's real records. Nothing is padded: if a week had nothing, the report says so.

💛 The state of your team — Café Aurora (sample)

Paid: 9 of 9, on time. Payroll was approved on Tuesday.

Joined: nobody this week. The kitchen search continues: 2 finalists for you to interview.

Vacations: Martín is back on Monday from his week. Everyone's balances are updated.

I detected: kitchen overtime has been running 40% high for three weeks — I left you the proposal: a weekend reinforcement or a shift move. Waiting on your ok.

On your side: 1 thing — the overtime proposal. Everything else is already done.

The week behind those five lines

The payroll run

The month's updates — two absences reported through the channel, the kitchen overtime — arrived on their own. Talenty prepared payroll, checked it twice and flagged the one difference against last month (Martín's new bonus) explained in a single line. The owner approved it with one tap; payment was executed and the receipt was filed.

Martín's vacation

Martín requested it through his channel a month ago. It clashed with nobody and kitchen coverage held, so it was approved without the owner having to do anything — and this week the report simply notes he is back.

The detection

Nobody told Talenty about the overtime: she saw it in the records, checked it against three weeks of history and brought it as a case with a proposal, not as gossip. If the owner approves, she adds the reinforcement; if not, it stays on record and she keeps watching.

The birthday you cannot see

There were no birthdays this week — and the report pads nothing. Next week is the longest-serving cashier's birthday: her detail, per the owner's rule (a card signed by the team and her favorite dessert on the house), is already proposed.

Café Aurora does not exist: it is an illustrative example, built with the report's real format. With your business, every line comes from your records — and what cannot be backed, is not written.
